If you know me you know how much I adore Gap Band. Pops is a funk man, and Gap Band is and was one of his Saturday favorites to jam to. Robert Wilson was the Bass player for The Gap Band. "The Godfather of The Bass," was working on an album and was slated to perform August 28th,2010 in Tulsa, Ohio his childhood home!
